Okay, if you were one of those fair weather fans, you probably left Smallville seasons ago. Â But, if you’re like me, you stuck it out no matter what. Â And yeah, much of it sucked, but the other much was really good. Â And if you’re a fan of the Richard Donner Superman I & II, then you’ll enjoy the last episode of Smallville.
I was a fan from the beginning, and willing to forgive the continuity errors and misconceptions. Â If you disagree with me, then stop reading right now. Â I love Superman, and the Richard Donner version is all I can see. Â And thank GOD for Micheal McKean, (Leonard Kosnowski to those in the know, but Perry White to you younger folk…) … We heard his voice at the end of the episode!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dunh, dunh dunh dunh duh!!! Duh duh duhhhhhh!!!!!!
For God’s sake, this was the BEST Smallville episode ever, and we all knew it was coming!!! Â Don’t bleep with me , because you Know IT WAS GOOD!!!! Â We saw Jimmy Olsen’s “younger brother”, as a cub reporter and it was great!!! We heard the familiar music and it was GREAT!!!!! Â We are now, finally, happy. Â Kidneys in tact. Â Yes, those of us who know Superman are finally happy. Â Thank You, Smallville. Â Not a great thanks, but enough, I guess…”
